| In this thesis the effection of the change of the size of the friction column and friction angle in testing the friction coefficient in sheet metal forming was studied.First, by the base of Dunacn's friction coefficient measuring apparatus in sheet metal forming , a new friction coefficient measuring apparatus in sheet metal forming was designed.The characteristic of this apparatus is the size of the friction column and friction angle can be changed in testing the friction coefficient in sheet metal forming。And then ,the FEM software PAM-STAMP was used to simulate the process of testing the friction coefficient in sheet metal forming.Through the FEM simulation result,a rule that the change of the size of friction column and friction angle affects the testing of the friction coefficient in sheet metal forming was found .By change of the size of the friction column and friction angle in testing the friction coefficient in sheet metal forming , the effection of the change of the size of the friction column and friction angle in sheet metal forming was investigated. The result of the FEM software simulation is the same as the experimentation result. By the base of the result of the experimentation , the rule of the change of the size of the friction column and friction angle in the test of friction coefficient in sheet metal forming was summarized. The conclusion is when the size of the friction column becomes bigger the friction got becomes smaller, and when the size of friction angle becomes bigger the friction coefficient got becomes smaller. |
