Nanometer ceramic powder is a metastable state substance between solid and molecule with the length from 1 nm to 100nm. Nanometer ceramics possesses high intensity, tenacity and superplasticity as well as its inherent high temperature resistant, scuffresistance and corrosion proof. It has always been one of the key research directions in the material field at home and abroad to form solid nanometer ceramic coating on the surface of metallic material. Nanometer composite electro-deposit adopts electro-deposit technology , which deposits nanometer ceramic grain on the metallic material surface and whose composite deposit is characterized by refined crystallization, structure uniformity, high hardness, scuff -resistance and corrosion proof. However due to the limit of electro chemistry mechanism, the mechanical integration of deposit and matrix tend to break away and shell. In this paper, by integrating the intensification of laser surface with nanometer composite deposit, a new method called numerical control optional injection electrodeposit is adopted to upgrade the forming speed of composite deposit of the selected material, and then use nanometer ceramic composite layer which is deposited after intensification of laser surface to turn mechanical integration between deposit and matrix into metallic integration, thereby strengthening the binding force and increasing the characteristics of composite layer. In this paper, the technics of injection electro-composit is adopted, which means by adding a certain amount of Al2O3 nanometer grain into the solution of CuSO4 produce the Cu-nanometer Al2O3 composite deposit, and then high power laser cladding process by means of CO2 laser. Through performance test, the mechanical performance as to hardness, tensile strength and yield strength have been greatly improved than before. Also, the influence of technical parameters to the performance as to the micro mechanism and structure of deposit layer, hardness and tensile strength as well as its forming reasons have been analyzed. In laser scanning process, the distribution of thermosphere layer will be influenced provided the technical parameters such as power, scanning speed, facula size are changed. In this paper, a heat treatment temperature field and a hardenability band of phase-change simple model are established, the influence to the surface varying temperature due to the difference of density distribution of laser power in the process of laser scanning is analyzed. Also, the result of the test and its application are presented, and some related parameters of the model are corrected based on the test.
