Study On Aerobic Recirculation Treatment On The Municipal Landfill Leachate

The thesis establish some columns which filled with garbage in LiuLiTun landfill, compared with anaerobic, we make the leachate which from new garbage recirculate under the aerobic circumstance, and measure the normal water index, so as to look for the impact of recirculation treatment on landfill leachate.The results obtained were as follows:(1) In the aerobic rubbish landfill columns, the air is released in the rubbish landfill layer evenly by the pipeline, and spread by the pressure and the molecule spread, which make the landfill layer aeronic, the microorganism utilize the oxygen to have biology oxidation-redution reaction, which reduce the COD and kjeldahl nitrogen very fast, enter steady stage quickly, and then accelerated the process of stabilization of the landfill.(2) The leachate of alkaline is reciculatcd, which will shorten the acid fermented stage of the rubbish, suppressed the generation of leachate of high density, maken the COD reduce with a large range. The amount of leachate in aerobic columns is little than anaerobic, so we should develop the landfill technology which produces little leachate, as aerobic landfill.(3) In the landfill, add a certain amount of sludge, tame inoculating to the fresh rubbish, can shorten the adaptation period of the microorganism, breed in a large amount in the suitable environment as soon as possible, increase the quantity of the microorganism, to accelerate the degradation of the rubbish. Add the earthworm in landfill can improve aqueous vapor circulation of rubbish, make rubbish and microorganism sport at the same time, and the earthworm make organic of rubbish degrade progressively through assimilate and metabolism too.(4) There are good remove] effect on the kjeldahl nitrogen and COD of leachate in aerobic reciculation, the rate of exorcize of kjeldahl nitrogen in aerobic columns rise steadily to about 90% in the start, steady about 90% finally. The change is very distinctly of the rate of exorcize of COD in every columns, the rate of exorcize of COD is about 80% in aerobic column which better than anaerobic column.(5 ) With the increase of Hydraulic loading in anaerobic columns, the rate of exorcize of kjeldahl nitrogen and COD drop gradually, when the hydraulic loading increase to 20 ml/L.d, the the rate of exorcize of kjeldahl nitrogen drop to 60%; when the hydraulic loading increase to 21-23 ml/L.d, the rate of exorcize of COD drop to 20%. When the hydraulic loading increase to 26 ml/L.d in aerobic columns, the rate of exorcize of kjeldahl nitrogen and COD can steady about 90%, do not change much.(6) Based on the experiment, the reaction process occurs in garbage burying column and the influencing factor of recirculation effect have been discussed in this paper. Further discussion on the removal mechanism of COD and kjeldahl nitrogen in leachate has also been made.
