| Via massive investigation and study, the water supply and water consumption condition in Xi'an City has been analyzed in this thesis. In addition, Xi'an water supply & demand balance in future several years has been forecast and analyzed in this thesis. Via a great number of data, the thesis has pointed out the harm of water shortage to Xi'an City and raised the measures to settle the shortage of freshwater resources in Xi'an City.Based on studying and analyzing massive sewage recycling & reutilizing engineering and practice at home and abroad, the secondary water-out purification disposal technology in sewage plant has been raised. Meanwhile, the applicability of various technologies has been analyzed so as to offer basis and reference to select rational technology of life sewage purification disposal in Xi'an City.In accordance with the characters of water resources state, the present status of freshwater supply & drainage and the natural conditions & social development, etc., the thesis has raised the near & future date sewage recycling & reutilizing scheme and respectively carried out the engineering investment estimation and economic analysis. At the same time, the effective encouragement policies of administration, economy and technology to utilize the recycled water resources have been raised.
