| Environment security problem is the primary issue that the world is confronted with on the sustainable development way. Environment pollution and wreck is the serious threat to the human subsistence and development, moreover the threat is pricking up, which becomes the great challenge human encounters. Establishment of early warning system for environmental security becomes a global common attitude. Meanwhile, information technology plays a more and more important role in environment protection fields. Spatial information technology such as GIS in particular, turns into the more significant instrument for environment management and analysis in scientific research. Therefore, the establishment of early warning system for environmental security based on information technology, not only is great important for environment management and analysis in scientific research, but also is the essential step for human security and sustainable development.As one part of the "agrigeological environment investigate project in Zhejiang province", we began the study of early warning system for agrigeological environment security. After colligation and analysis the external and internal study progress and characteristics about early warning system for environment security, the logistic structure, system structure and function structure were brought out. This therefore offers a new method for the system realization. Then the agrigeological environment security system for Zhejiang province as a case is to be studied. The main study area is Jiaxing region. The main techniques are Database, GIS, statistics, geo-statistics and AGNPS model etc. The main information system development tools are Mapobjects and VB.NET.First, the index system and logic model for early warning of agrigeological environment security were set up based on the data analysis of 1:250,000 geographic data of Zhejiang province, the soil and groundwater survey data in several years and the agricultural non-point sources survey data etc., the demand analysis and the early warning methods system for environment security.Second, a spatial-time database for early warning of agrigeological environment security was set up by SQL Server and ArcSDE. The spatial-time forecast model was established by geo-statistic and time serial statistic with Automation and spatial-time arithmetic. The early warning model was set up based on experience model and professional model, which express the status of the environment for environment security management of agrigeological environment and farm produce security management.Through the first foundation of the complicated early warning of agrigeological environment security, it will not only gain early warning ends for agrigeological environment security, but also throw out a brick to attract a jade for the research of early warning of agrigeological environment security in other areas in China. |
