| Taurine is an essential amino acid in human body which chemical name is 2 —Aminoethylsulfonic acid .Taurine exists in organism in the form of liberation. It exists not only in oxgall but also in halobios such as oyster, sepia, clam, etc. Taurine has special physiological and pharmacological actions, which can stimulate the development of cerebrum, adjust nerve conduction, maintain the proper functioning of heart, liver, internal secretioninternal, etc. Taurine is widely used in food additive, medicament, detergent, etc. At present, the extraction of taurine is usually made by chemosynthesis at home and abroad. It has a lot of disadvantages for example raw materials are very poisonous, methodology operation is complex, fabrication facilities need big investments, environment can be polluted, etc. So extraction of taurine has long been concerned and researched by people. This paper established several methods of extraction and analysis of taurine in halobios- oyster. At present, taurine is usually determined by amino acid analyzer and HPLC with precolumn derivatization. But fabrication facilities need big investments and the time of analysis is very long. This paper established a method of analysis of taurine by spectrophotometry and discussed the factors that affected spectrophotometry. The recovery was found to be 96.62% and the RSD was found to be 2.3% by the standard addition method, which indicated the method could be accurately used in the determination of taurine in the aquatic products.Taurine has no fluorescence and it can get the derivation which has... |
