| In the paper, the influence of water temperature,infusing time,influsing times andpesticides residue on the infused pesticide ratio is studied by orthogonal design guided.The maximum extracting rates are concluded, counting safety factor and evaluationsecurity of having tea. The main results are summarized as following:1. Influence factor for the dissolution ratio of Fenvalerate The sequence of effecting the dissolution ratio of Esfenvalerate is influsing times>influsing time span>the pesticide concentration> the water temperature. The infusingtimes are the primary factor to effecting the dissolution ratio, and the pesticideconcentration is the subordinate factor. In the condition of 80℃ water, inflused for 5min,the 0.05mg/kg pesticide spiked and the twice inflused, the dissolution ratio ofEsfenvalerate comes to a head, being 3.27%. The sequence of effecting the dissolution ratio of Rfenvalerate is the pesticideconcentration>the water temperature >influsing time span>influsing times. Thepesticide concentration infusing times is the primary factor to effecting the dissolution ratio,and the influsing times is the subordinate factor. In the condition of 100℃ water ,influsedfor 20min, the 0.05mg/kg pesticide spiked and the three inflused, the dissolution ratio ofFenvalerate comes to ahead, being 5.27%. In the outcomes of Variance analysis about of Esfenvalerate, infusing time, influsingtimes and the pesticide concentration are all the significant factors, and reach to verysignificant. Infusing time, water temperature and the pesticide concentration are all thesignificant factors to Fenvalerate, and reach to very significant.2. Influence factor for the dissolution ratio of Fenpropathrin The sequence of effecting the dissolution ratio of Fenpropathrin is the pesticideconcentration > influsing times > the water temperature > influsing time span.
