| The pollution of surface water in China comes mainly from industrial and municipal use. The municipal wastewater could be over 50 percent of the total. In mountainous cities, especially like Pan Zhi-hua, municipal wastewater may come from many spots and large area, it is very difficult to collect the wastewater, and in this city the construction place of the large-scale wastewater treatment plants is scare. Hence, a type of wastewater treatment equipment which has simple and compact structure and takes up little building area is required.Through our survey and investigation and prophase little test, after considerate analyse and discussion, HSB high efficient microbial technology was determined to be adopted, which combines the common integrative wastewater treatment equipments and ameliorates the traditional long-flow technics as the short-flow technics, and then could develop the integrative equipments to treat the municipal wastewaterusing HSB high efficient microbial technology, which could unify the aerobic, anoxic, anaerobic and sludge auto-return.Medi-scale test indicated this integrative equipment using HSB high efficient microbial took up less place, required less investment, exhausted less energy, cost less during operation. The purifying rate of it was high and the sludge yield was little, only 1/10-1/20 of the traditional active-sludge techincs. The electrified machines used was few, and it can be operated and repaired easily, the management cost was also low. What's more, the quality of the treated out-water was good, every index was better than the first level of the national emission control criterion(GB8978-1996). Compared with the other active sludge technics, it was more suitable for this new technology to generalize in the mountainous towns such as Pan Zhi-hua in the west regions.Moreover, the successful experience of the medi-scale test of this new technology could be used for reference in the treatment of the high strength industrial wastewater which came from fields such as coking, paper making, dying, pharmacy, sugar refining and so on. |
