The contents, primary, secondary-level and high-level speciation of 10 microelements (Mg﹑Ca﹑Fe﹑Zn﹑Cu﹑Mn﹑Cr﹑Ni﹑Pb﹑Cd), which contained in seven Chinese herbal medicines for curing hypertension disease, was studied for the first time. The contents of 10 microelements in seven Chinese herbal medicines were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, the relationship between the content and their effect was discussed. The study show that the better digesting results were obtained with the use of 4:1(v/v) HNO3+HClO4. The content of Mg﹑Ca﹑Fe﹑Mn are abundant in seven Chinese herbal medicines. The content of harmful elements(Pb﹑Cd) are very low. The average Zn/Cu ratio of seven Chinese herbal medicines is 7.46 that is lower than it in serum or erythrocyte of valetudinarian of hypertension. All these may be related to the effect of those seven Chinese herbal medicines for curing hypertension disease. The results offered some academic reference in selecting medicine and speciation analysis.Primary speciation of six elements (Mg﹑Ca﹑Fe﹑Zn﹑Cu﹑Mn) in seven Chinese herbal medicines were studied. The contents of sample of primary speciation obtained from primary analytical flow was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, species distributions of the primary speciation analysis, such as extractive rate, immerse-residue ratio etc were also calculated. The concentration of six element in medicines' residue were high, which showed that the residue were still valuable. That extractive rate of Mg﹑Ca﹑Fe and Mn was bigger, except for it different in each medicine. More datum and useful information was gained by traditional decoction. Therefore, the result of primary speciation offered some academic reference for using amount of Chinese herbal medicine, conforming analytical methods of higher speciation and exploring reasons of curing disease about Chinese herbal medicine.Secondary-level speciation of Mg﹑Ca﹑Fe and Mn in Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis was studied on the base of the analysis of primary speciation. The result of secondary-level speciation were obtained by using cation-exchange resin, Amberlite XAD-2 macroreticular resin and Chelex-100 chelating resin. Four elements almost existed on free ions with little non free ions. Mg﹑Ca﹑Mn almost existed on inorganic forms, but Fe had half organic and inorganic. While Fe all existed on labile forms and Mg had almost, Ca and Mn both had stable and labile forms. high-level speciation of Fe was studied for the molecule speciation. The configuration of atom and the chemical composing was studied by used X-ray diffraction (XRD). The stabilization constant of element and organic component was studied by used electrochemistry equity. The result had important effect on studying speciation of microelements on which microelements produce effect and finding the relationship between speciation and effect of medicine, developing and researching new medincins. |
