| Chemic etching method is usually used to produce cathode aluminium foil,and the purity of aluminium foil is less than 99.7%. Aluminium foil of different purity was etched by chemic and alternating current method in this dissertation,and we find that alternating current method excels.In this dissertation we optimized the factors that influence aluminium foil etching: hydrochloric acid concentration, hydrochloric acid temperature,current density and etching time.The effect of additive in hydrochloric acid was studied in this dissertation, as a result moderate concentration of additve added in etching solution,for example PEG, (NaPO3)6, TU, SSA, C6H6O6,can improve the specific capacitance of aluminium foil by testing its surface form and CV curve compared with the former study. The additive can adsorb on aluminium surface,then etched hole distributed equably and could not unite together,and the aluminium foil was not overly etched. We hope these study can benefit to the industry production. |
