Studies On Technics Of Preparing Cefuroxime Sodium And Cefuroxime Axetil

Cefuroxime Sodium and Cefuroxime Axetil belong to cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used widely because of its broad-spectrum, high stability to ?-lactamases. The aim of the project is to select pivotal steps of operation by a series of experiments, then summarize the best condition. We can confirme a way through stability experiments, which can be used in industry. In addition, the hydrolye of 3-position was especially studied. We spurned the method of hydrolying by enzyme and made the method of hydrolying by alkali possible.Firstly, every reaction, such as the hydrolye of 3-position, the alteration of 7-position, the reaction of 3-position and 4-position, was analysed separately. Pivotal steps of operation were studied especially. Contrasting different conditions, the best scheme was chosen. During this process, we studied intensively the hydrolye of 3-position. The new way of hydrolying 3-position by alkali was confirmed not only by a series of experiments, but also by studying the kinetic of hydrolyze. So the conclusion was validated by theory.Then these conclusion were banded together and the stability of this kind of operation was validated through five continual experiments. According to the regulation, every batch of production was analysed and all of them were eligible. Then we can draw the conclusion that is the scheme has the feasibility of production.
