On the base of the comprehensive analyzing plastic mould steel development condition and trend in the world at the present time, the trial technology of production, hot working and heat treating have been made according to its requirements of service performance, processing property.The cause of mass defect, such as flake, inclusion, detection disagreement, hardness disparity of the 10Ni3MnCuAl steel (thickness 20mm-155mm), were chiefly researched. The production and heat treatment technology of the 10Ni3MnCuAl medium plate steel were deeply studied via theory analyzing and production practicing. The improving production, hot machining and heat treatment technology of the 10Ni3MnCuAl medium plate steel were put forward. And also, the measures in production course were carried out. The standard organizations prospected were get after the analysis of its organization and performance. The every target are close to the level of Japanese like material. After improving technology, 10Ni3MnCuAl's quality has reached a higher level that yield good economic returns and offer great to society through meeting the consumer's requirement of using while upgrade the company's visualize by maintaining this production's market reputation.
