The thesis first analyses destroyed rock causation of explosive in the diameter no coupling. From theory study, numerical simulation and experiment project, study concretely for resolving the problem. And the three parts affirms each other, supplying and developing together. We can know more deeply about the blasting theory of explosive in the diameter no coupling from the three parts. It is important for factual production by the blasting theory in this paper. In theory research, the thesis study the destroyed rock causation in blasting load and the blasting theory in condition of explosive in the diameter no coupling. On the basis of the elasticity, plasticity, damnification theory and rock Rupture mechanics, the expressions of blasting bounds, energy consume and saving energy by air around charge is educed, which can supply more development of the blasting theory by using circular no coupling coefficient. As for numerical simulation, the paper has built its own model on the basis of ANSYS8.0 pre-processing and analyzed the simulation result about the courses of the rock blasting process in which diameter no coupling charging and coupling charging in same charge on the basis of LS-DANY 970 solvers and post-processing, as is helpful to understand the crash status by blasting stress in cranny-rock body and to validate the theory, of diameter no coupling charging by air.At the aspect of experiment for Yanfeng Limestone Mine of Lingxiang, at first confirm better blasting parameter, in succession the parameters are designed by theory and experience expressions. The optimized blasting parameter is confirmed and supplied farther by numerical simulation.
