With the improvement of people's life, people pay more and more attention to surrounding environment. Thus antibacterial produce appeal to people gradually. Antimicrobial and its product are very popular in foreign countries, especially in Japan, which is the most advanced in the world. Domestic research on antimicrobial and its product develops recently, but most are on the lower level.Because of its cheapness and lightness, resinous produce has replaced ceramic in some aspects. So the study on the antibacterial resinous produce has become a new research field. But being differ from ceramic, resinous product has great difference in structure and performance when adding antimicrobial. So it must be reconsidered that how preparation parameter, and components and proportion of antimicrobial influence the performance of resinous product, before we can get the antimicrobial that suit the resinous produce.This paper adopts widely used silver inorganic antimicrobial, imports Al ion and TiO2, and adjusts their proportion. And study their interactional performance. And at last we get the antimicrobial that getting over the limitation of traditional ones that may change color and shorten time effect.As a result, the resinous produce can get the optimal integrated performance when Al/Ag and TiO2/Ag (mol proportion) are all one in this system. This inorganic antimicrobial can be made on condition that sinter temperature is 1000℃ and ball-grinding time is 6 hours. When making use of this inorganic antimicrobial, the resinous produce can get 96% in antibacterial ratio, 91 in whiteness, and 42 in Pasteur rigidity. |
