Our environmet is more deteriorated than any time in the history because of our excessive development natural resources and uncontrolled emission of harmful materials .Therefor the issue of environment becomes an important conjuncture which our human beings are fancing.The contamination of heavy metal ions is a kind of potential contamination to human being . The heavy mental ions of environmental water sampls have the characteristic of liquidity ,unstability, complex component and lower content.It is impossible to measure this substance directly when the concentration of substance is lower than detecting limit methods of environment analysis and there is greately interference.Therefor it is important for trace heavy metal ions of environment to separate and enrich in advance .At present some methods of separation and enrichment used frequently aren't friendly to environment because they use poisonous chemical substance and their operation processes are long, their efficiency is low and so on.The cycle is long for the method of biology enrichment.Therefor it is necessary to seek a kind of enrichment substance to solve these problems.Currently, the reseach of Calixarene which is a new pattern ring compound causes people's abroad interesting. Calixarene is constituted of hydroxybenzene ring and methylene. It have appropriete cave which can accommodate guest as host and form host-guset compound and can simulate the catalyzing progress ofenzyme.Besides, Calixarene is applied widly in the fields of analytical chemistry,for example, extraction separation, liquid film separation, ion selective electrode, capillary electrophoresis , chromatographic study and light analysis etcTherefor this reseach has a bright prospect in appliance.From the perspectives of acidity ,rate of flow and so on this theme studies p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene enriches heavy metal ions , alkali metal ions and alkaline-earth metal ions. Along with the article reseaches the enrinchment content of heavy metal ionsn. In the circumstances of a little acidity, p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene can enrich Pb2+, Fe3+, Mn2+, Co2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Ni2+ which exist by oneself.But p-tert-Butycalix[4]arene can't enrich Mg2+, Ca2+, Ba2+, Na+, K+;The best enrichment acidity range of Pb2+ is 3~7.The enrichment content of lead is 2.78 ×103μg/g and correspond volume 0.500~2.00mol/LHNO3 can wash Pb2+ out entirely; In the circumstances of a little acidity, p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene can select to separate Pb2+, Fe3+ which are mixed to metal ions. Cl-, SO42-, NO3- won't basically disturb the enriching and separating of Pb2+, Fe3+.At present the method to measure lead is dithizone spectrophotometry. It uses a great deal of organic solvent which are virulence.The waste solvents is treated very difficultly and the operation is complicated; By the method of ours, first we separate and enrich Pb2+, Fe3+ ,then measure them by atomic absorption.The detection limits of Pb2+, Fe3+ are 0.147μg/mL, 0.079μg/mL .The way is simple and p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene can use for long. The preparation is simple,enrichment-speed is fast,elution-capability is good and it is easy to be applied for the enriching column of p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene The applying of p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene to environmental water sample,the recovery of Pb2+, Fe3+ are 90.0%~96.0%,RSD are respective 2.0%, 0.71%.The result is satisfactory.
