| Nanostructure materials are a new subject and field for research. During the century oftwenty-one they play an important role for society development. Nanostructure materialhave been considered as a research hotspot due to their application in storage element,energy conversion, sensing, ion-Separation, catalysis, biomedicine, optical and so on. In thisthesis, different nanostructure materials have been prepared by electrospinning usingdifferent polymer and different heteropolyacid. The main results are obtained as follow: 1.Heteropolyacid/Polymer nanotubes have been prepared by electrospinning method;moreover, relevant pure heteropolyacid nanotubes have been obtained by calcining thenanotube fibers in different temperature. During experiment, we improved theelectrospinning device, so different structure of materials, such as nanofibers as uniaxiallyaligned array, micropot, microsphere et al., have been prepared using PVA/H4SiW12O40,PVK, and PGS, respectively. Furthermore, K5PNb2W4Mo6O40/PVA fiber mats have beenprepared by electrospinning method and relevant pure heteropolyacid nanoflakes have beenobtained by calcining the fibers in different temperature. 2.All products were characterized by IR spectra, X-ray power diffraction (XRD), andScanning electron microscopy (SEM). The IR spectra and XRD pattern showed that theheteropolyacid structure was still kept in the materials. All the calcined products havepreferable crystal state. The SEM photographs showed that different nanostructure materialshave been obtained. 3.By investigating the different experiment phenomenon. We rationally presume andregularly summarize the process of the nanostructure as follow:The reason of nanotubeformation is that we improved the spinnerent of the electrospinning device;The formationof nanofibers as uniaxially aligned array is due to the change of collector structure.Furthermore, we have analysed the ability of aligned array from the point of view of theelectrostatic force;The formation process of nanoflakes is deduced, i.e. from nanofibers,nanobars to nanoflakes;We give a rationally explanation for the formation process ofmicropot, microsphere according to the concentration of solution and electrospinningdevice. |
