| With the development of economy in Shanghai, people show more concerns to the electromagnetic radiation while enjoying the comfortable modern life. People begin to pay attention to the hidden trouble caused by electromagnetic radiation around. The increasing evidence from the electromagnetic radiation non-thermal bioeffects suggested that the safety assessment based on a series of researches. But present research on the relation of negative air ions and electromagnetic radiation is not very clear.This study is designed to demonstrate the electromagnetic radiation non-thermal bioeffects on cell and big molecular level. Three experiments are done to discuss the mechanism of the electromagnetic radiation non-thermal bioeffects. CHL and L02 cell were exposed to the 50Hz sinusoidal magnetic field of low intensity for different periods. Cell proliferation was inhabited after long-term exposure, no obvious difference after short-term exposure. But there was a decrease in membrane fluidity detected by DPH fluorescence polarization. And the clustering of EGFR on CHL was also detected by confocal microscope. On this basis, a discussion is made about the standards for general public exposure to low frequency electromagnetic fields.The study on negative air ions is also a hotspot recently, but study on the relation of negative air ions and electromagnetic radiation is only underway. In this paper, experiments are done to find the quantitative relation between them. Experiments indicate electromagnetic radiation is only an influencing factor to the concentration of negative air ions, not the determinative factor. Electromagnetic radiation can decrease the concentration of negative air ions on certain condition.In this research, we use GIS (Geographical Information System) to develop Shanghai's electromagnetic radiation managing system. This system shows the distribution of present Shanghai's five types of electromagnetic radiation sources. We also take Changning Zone as an example, using some GIS's software to analyze the intensity of this Zone.Finally, aiming at the different characteristic of electromagnetic radiation, the paper brought forward some prevention measures accordingly. |
