In this article, many factors affecting UV-curing effect of unsaturated resin were studied, furthermore, some research was conducted that factors how to effect curing-velocity and curing-degree such as photoinitiator, dilution and photoconductive accelerant, etc. Lastly, taking a sum-up and giving the best UV-curing system, it has laied a foundation for the technique of UV-curing.191 # and VE unsaturated resins are selected in this article, than choosing two kinds photoinitiators as UV-curing photoinitiator from their reaction theory and reactivity, that is the benzoin , benzoin- ramification and benzophenone. Separately testing those photoinitiators reacting velocity and curing-degree, the results show that benzil di-methyl ketal photoinitiator has a rapid curing-velocity and high curing-degree. It has discovered in the test that the best content of photoinitiators is 6%, adding SnCl2(l-1.5%) into curing-resin or lessening dilution 5% of 191#-resin can raise curing-velocity.From the UV-Sorbspectrum of unsaturated resin and photoinitiator, it can find that the absorb peak of benzil di-methyl ketal is bigger than that of other sphotoinitiators .so it proves that benzil di-methyl ketal is the most effective.To analyse the variation in double bond of UV-curing in the course of UV-curing, the FTIR spectrometry was used to track the conversion rate of double bond. At last, the intensity of curing-film was tested, found that the intensity is relate to the content of photoinitiator.
