The circular saw is an effective cutting tool with great disadvantage that it will generate great vibration and noise when it works. The vibration and noise do harm to the cutting process and the environment. In recent years, all kinds of circular saws are used widely. How to reduce the vibration and noise become a hot question for discussion.The vibration of the circular saw consists of three kinds of vibration: landscape orientation vibration, retortion vibration, radial vibration; The working noise consists of aerodynamics noise, mechanical noise and syntonic noise; The dynamic characteristics of circular saw consists of natural frequency, vibaration modality and critical rotary speed; The dynamic parameter of circular saw are tightly related with the vibration and the noise; modify the geometrical structure, initial stress can change the dynamic characteristics.This article confirms that the circular saw's natural frequency can be got by formula, by test or by fern analysis.fem is effective and accurate; calculation on the circular saw's natural frequency by test and FEM; analysis on circular saw with the help of fern can make the research process accurate and speedy.This article extract the saw's first ten vibration model by FEM; confirm the relationship between the frequency and the parameter.
