| Rolling Mill unwonted vibration is always a difficult problem. In recent years, development of research and theory of vibration is very quickly, and had acquired a lot of achievement, but because rolling mill special, complex, large structure, every rolling mills have different structure character, and compact manufacture arrangement, so it is difficult for diagnosis technology and taking measure of rolling mill vibration.Firstly this paper introduces domestic and overseas research state of rolling mill vibration base on the Zhujiang Steel Co., Ltd CSP consecutive hot rolling mill. Then research the mechanism of rolling mill vibration, analyze the effect of rolling parameter for rolling mill vibration in rolling process, analyze vibration character of consecutive hot rolling mill, specially research the theory that drive system torsion vibration and dynamics of roller gap, set up dynamics modeling and calculated the vibration frequency and type. On this basis, make certain testing parameter and set down appropriate testing scheme for vibration of Zhugang consecutive hot rolling mill, collected the vibration data under general and vibration situation. Analyze these data with time domain and frequency domain method and calculate vibration frequency according to vibration mark of work roller and strip, look for the vibration rule and vibration main frequency and suspicious vibration fountain, and primary make certain the cause consecutive hot rolling mill vibration. This paper and had compared the result of theory and actual situation. At last, we had taken a series of measure to remove vibration, and make compare all data, validated the correctness of theory research and actual analysis. |
