In this work, amounts of functionalized nanomaterials have been successfully prepared under ultrasonic irradiation in water solution, we have studied reaction between the nanomaterials and proteins in this thesis. The content consists of following three parts. In part one, we have studied reaction between the functionalized nano-PbS modified with mercaptoacetic acid and proteins. A new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation of human serum albumin is established by RLS method. In part two, emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization prepared functionanlized macromolecule ploystryene-acryclic acid nanoparticles under ultrasonic irradiation. The surface of the polymer was clean and covered with abundant carboxylic groups (-COOH). A high sensitive RLS probe for protein determination was also proposed. At the last part, composite CdS/PAA nanoparticles and CdS/P2-AgA nanoclusters have been prepared by an in-situ polymerization method under ultrasonic irradiation, and characterized with IR> TEM. We have studied reaction between the functionalized composite nanomaterials and proteins by fluorescence spectra and Synchronous fluorescence scan (SFS) analysis. A novel synchronous fluorescence method has been developed for the ultrasensitive determination of proteins. And the possible mechanism has been studied.
