The Research Of The Evaluation Of The Ecosystem Services Value And Protection In Tanghai Wetland

Wet land is called "the cradle of mankind" , "a gene pool of living things" and "the kidney of nature" because of huge productiveness, ecological and environmental values. Wetland, forest and ocean are the three most important ecosystem on earth. But the people pay attention to the economy value only, pursuing the short-term performance, neglecting the ecosystem to be worth to societ'y, so large numbers of wetlands have been turned to agriculture, industry and residents' grounds, it is making the ecosystem of the regional environment gradual depravation. Through the inquiry on Tanghai wetland , with the Kco-economic and Resources-environmental theory, this article evaluates wetland ecosystem service function and its value with various methods, for example market value method, travel cost method and shadow project method etc. The conclusion can be drawn that the total assets value of the wetland resources is 4.46X 10~8 RMB in Tanghai wetland. Of which , about 2. 07 X 10~8 RMB is ascribed to The value of main plants and animals, about 0.03X10~8 RMB to tourism value , aboutO. 36 X10~8 RMB to water purification value , aboutO. 39X10~8 RMB to water storing, aboutO. 50X10~8 RMB to C02 fixing, 02releasing and aboutl. 11X10~8 RMB to habitat value. The regional economic value is stressed relatively and the ecological, social value also play important part. According to this present situation , we should use wetlands resource reasonably, and raise the utilization rate of ecosystem servi ce function. Then the wetlands resource can develop continuously.
