The Cotton Mill Management Information System

This dissertation has studied the problem of applying computer to the craft, quality, equipment, storage management in the textile enterprise, investigated the researching state of the management information system of textile enterprise both domestic and international, probed into the current management situation of the spinning process, quality, equipment, storage in the cotton spinning industry of our country, then developed the craft, quality, equipment, storage management and maintenance of the database by using of computer database technology in this systems software. In spinning process management subsystem, it realizes the scientific management spinning process and combines production with the reality of cotton mill closely, facilitates various kinds of operation, offers more comprehensive new technological designing method, contributes to lightening the complicated mathematics computational process on craft researchers, helps to set the craft parameter , standardizes the management of craft, improves the managing level and makes the information s of the new craft cientific, to matches the demanding of textile enterprise production. In the quality management subsystem, it has probed into the application of the computer in the textile industry by database technology, detailed current situation of the quality control in the textile enterprise. To meet the demands of different enterprises, it has studied on systematic common ability and suitability according to current reality, various kinds of information correlated with enterprise's quality control of the cotton spinning are stored in the quality data list by process flow, quality index, variety, etc. It can produce the daily, monthly report, transfer and process all kinds of needed information according to production. The technical staff and administrative staff can input, edit, inquire and print the data which is to be analyzed through friendly user interface. This subsystem will contribute to product quality controlling and enhance the scientific process of quality control during spinning, yarn quality is judged synthetically and utilizing control chart to analyze the spinning process etc. The equipment management subsystem deals with the account, plan of equipment maintenance, plan of equipment purchase, disposal of equipment fault, equipment picture , technological economic analysis of equipment, equipment inquire etc. effectively, It can help the operator manage corresponding operation and do a good job of maintenance and management of the equipment. The storage management subsystem utilizes ABC method to classify the storage goods and materials, realize storage goods and materials enter storehouse , delivery from storage , inventory , transfer , monthly stock data , daily stock data , data inquire manage in an all-round way, offering the inventory and control function, help enterprises to make an optimum purchase plan, there is a warning function of stock.
