It is adopted different burning and cooling means for different high-C3S cement raw meal to calcine clinker in the lab. Through DTA,HTM and XRD,it is sutdied in the paper the physical and chemical change ,the mineral constitution and microstructure of the two samples.Moreover,it is also studied the mechanism of the effect of thermal history on high-C3S cement clinker. The result shows: 1. It is compared of two different heating means of the high temperature furnace in the lan and SPS system. Through SPS, it is found a high f-CaO in the clinker mineral,which has a compact crystal structure with the size of 40цm, not smaller than clinker sintered in traditional modes. 2. The research shows that the more quickly of the heating speed, the longer of the calinating time,the lower of its f-CaO content。But after kept in 1450℃for about thirty minutes, there is not much difference about the cliker heated in different speed except their minute difference in mineral constitution and structure. 3. The effect of different cooling means on the calcination of high-C3S cement clinker is great. The research shows that the faster of the cooling speed of clinker,the more of the C3S content in clinker,and also there are much slim and well-developed crystals,which benefits the increase of hydration activity of cement clinker. 4. It is studied in the paper the effect of the raw meal on the temperature of clinker with the same KH,SM and IM in different heating and cooling means . At the same time, through the comparison of dummy sample and the-7%-centent phosphorus waste sample,it is found that the latter can accelerate the clinker formation. The characteristic of the paper is that it is used many kinds of heating means and cooling means,such as SPS and high temperature with a quick calination, to produce cement clinker. Researches are made about their miacropattern and constitution,which provides reference for the conversion of lab research to industrial application of high-C3S cement clinker.
