| The oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone is a key process in chemical industry, which are required for production of caprolactam and adipic acid, the raw materials for nylon-6 and nylon-66 polymerization processes. In recent years, it's urgent to improve outputs of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone in such a low-efficiency process as the demands for nylons increase sharply. Thus, it's necessary to study and understand the fundamental kinetics of cyclohexane catalyzed oxidation.Analysis methods for Co2+ in cylohexane with Flames Atom Absorption Spectroscopy(FAAS)and for cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone with Gas Chromatogram(GC) using multi-point internal standard method for quantification were presented and developed in this paper. Based on the above analysis methods, the effects of temperature, catalyst concentration on cyclohexane oxidation were discussed. The experimental results show that catalyst concentration changing from 0 to1.5μg/g corresponds to temperature addition of 10K for the total reaction rate at the temperature range of 423-443K. |
