In this paper preparation, properity and application of UV-curing adhesive for bonding glass were studied systematically.High spot put on contraction stress influence factors and it's affection on UV-adhesive's performance. By measuring the performance of adhesives which cured under different exposure, curing-time and so on, the influences of curing process which were usually neglected were studied in this paper too. The best curing process under laboratory condition was acquired. The influence of glass transition temperature, curing degree, photoinitiactor, additives etc. was also studied. An epoxy acrylic resin modified by copolymerization acrylate was synthesized. The product overcomed the brittleness under low temperature and improved the adhesion to glass. By all those work, a formulation compound by a Polyurethane acrylate (PUA), modified Epoxy acrylic resin and some monomers, photointiactor and other additive was acquired, with preferable adhesive performance.UV-anaerobic dual-curing adhesive was studied in this paper. By selecting suitable heat-intiactor, cure accelerator and stabilizing agent, improved UV- adhesive's performance and its stability during storage.A hybrid curing perpolymer has also been tried, but the advantage of hybrid curing was not full showed. Further work is needed.
