| This thesis presents a research on the foundation of the "Tenth five-year" National Science and Technology Project—Research on Internet-based NC (numeric control) Machine Tools Form Design and Humanized Interface Technologies and Implementations Based on the Knowledge of Design an Knowledge of User. It focuses on the human posture and the human modeling of the Ergonomics of the NC machine tools and the frameworks in ICAID system.This thesis analyzes the definition of work study and the Ergonomics, discusses the human factors of the NC machine tools, and then states the significance of the human size and the human modeling to the Ergonomics design of NC machine tools. This provides a direction for the study.Based on the method of the work study, recording the whole human-machine working process through video taping and still photography , the research focused on the analysis, statistic and sort of work posture. In this way, the key work postures on the key work places were founded. Combined with the body configuration and the human modeling on the NC machine tool , the joints of human modeling were predigested and then the two dimensions human modeling and three dimensions rigid human modeling were established.Based on the method of the work study, the thesis analyzes the combined operation of the human and machine, and researches the work places and the human postures of the Ergonomics design of NC machine tools .Finally, this thesis provides a set of human modeling for the Ergonomics design of NC machine tools of the ICAID system , which include technologies of two dimensions and three dimensions. These also give humanized technical assistance to the founding of the system, as well as the users of the system. |
