It is easy that causes pollution to the environment by the waste water containing heavy metal, and it has great harmfulness to the human body and living beings. Various kinds of treatment methods used at present, all have one's own shortcomings and deficiencies. MEUF is a novel technology which is used to treat wastewater containing metal ions. This research is based on dealing with the wastewater containing CrO42- and Cd2 + by MEUF,and it has investigated the effect on this technology by the process parameter comprehensivly, and used the mixture of the nonionic surfactant Brij and SDS to reduce the addition of surfactant. The experimental results show that, this technical equipment is simple, easy to operate, suitable for dealing with the low concentration metal ion waste water and the separate efficiency is high, the quality of treated water is good to be reused, the metal in the concentration also can be reclaimed through further treatment,so this teconology has very good economic benefits. While treating the wastewater containing CrO42- by MEUF,transmembrane pressure and temperature of the solution have little effect on MEUF. When the concentration of surfactant is 3CMC, the removal efficiency of Cr (VI ) is up to 94.93%. When using CTAB in MEUF to deal with the wastewater containing CrO42-, the addition of the electrolyte will reduce the removal efficiency of Cr (VI). However, when the concentration of electrolyte is very low, the removal efficiency of Cr (VI ) can be up to 92.13,it has little effect on the removal efficiency of Cr (VI ).After the solution added the surfactant settled for two days, alkalinity and acidity of the solution have certain influence on the removal efficiency of Cr (VI ),when pH is 3,the removal efficiency is 99.75%,and when pH is 11,it is 97.86%.It shows that it will be appropriate when pH is 5-7.While treating waste water containing Cd2 +,if SDS concentration is lower than 8mM (CMC ),it has certain effect on the removal efficiency of Cd +,but it is not necessary to increase the concentration of SDS in the solution blindly.8mM is a appropriate value.Too high transmembrane pressure can not bring the corresponding high flux, There is a critical value of transmembrane pressure. When exceeding this value, the flux of permeate will not increase obviously. The transmembrane pressure has no obvious influence on retention rate. 0.08MPa is appropriate. The retention rate...
