High frequency electro-mechanical conversion device whose performances effect the efficiency of plate-making and the quality of printing is a key component of electronic engravers machine which is a key device on printing technology. Compared with our country, several overseas developed countries has made quiet great progress in it. Based on published documents, the key technique of electro-mechanical conversion device is researched. Drawing lessons from the characters of the abroad products, the paper gives the construction of "π" moving-iron high frequency electro-mechanical conversion device, theory analysis and experiment results show that the electro- mechanical conversion presented in this paper can achieve 1200Hz in frequency response and ± 30μm in displacement with good linearity. According to the principle of magnetic circuit and magnetic field, the equations of magnetic circuit and the mathematic model of magnetic field are obtained separately. With simulation results accordant with experiment ones, the mathematic model is verified and the guiding conclusions which are significant in engineer practice are obtained. The problem that common instruments can not test the dynamic characteristics with high frequency and small displacement directly is resolved through reflective-type optical measuring method introduced by author, and frequency response test is finished successfully.The detail contents as follows:Chapter One: Based on documents at home and abroad, application field and development condition of high frequency electro-mechanical conversion device are introduced, and the function requests of the research on the electro-mechanical conversion device are summarized, and the research content and the meaning are presented.Chapter Two: Comparing every kind of electro-mechanical conversion devices, the construction of the "π" moving-iron high frequency electro-mechanical conversion device according to high-frequency characteristics is given.
