The Analysis Of Cam Open Mechanism Based On Converse And The Study Of Cam's Manufacturing Technology

Lacks of original design data of loom's open cam mechanism and cam manufacture technology, this paper presents a profile of the design of cam's with the aid of CAD and the practice of cam's, based on cam mechanism's design method, working condition and the analysis of cam manufacture technology. Content:1. Orderly rules about the movements of cam followers.2. With three-coordinates measuring machine to measure the profile of cam, reasonable choice of style of acceleration to work out cam movement equation: S-V-A.3. Analyze kinematics and dynamics of the movable elements of the mechanism, especially in the movement rules of heald frame and check maximum contact stress on the cam.4. Matched cam manufacturing technology, such as material, heat treatment, numerical control milling and grinding, problems in the process of manufacture, inspect and etc, are analyzed.On the base of the design and the manufacture mentioned above, the design conditions are met; and meantime, provide a new and functional method for the designers who make researching on textile machine.
