| Metal cutting is towards the direction of improving the metal removing ratio under the condition of high automatization and unmanned participant. This demands a special reliable cutting process. Because the problem of chip control in the process of continuous cutting, the exceptional break ratio of automatic production line or stand-alone device is very highly, those badly affects the efficiency exertion. With the wide application of each type of three-dimensional groove insert, insert groove reasonable choosing and the cutting performance exact prediction have become the key of solving the problem above.In this paper, based on the study fruit which has been educed, by study the chip-breaking mechanism of three-dimensional groove turning insert and the web-based chip-breaking predictive system, the massiness basic is established for realizing the chip effective control of continuous cutting process. The main studies include:First, doing the study on the three-dimensional groove turning insert chip-breaking groove configuration, according to the theory of chip control and the Colwell theorem, the equivalent chip-breaking groove parameter of six representative groove of which three-dimensional groove turning insert chip-breaking groove is composed is obtained, and the estimate model of four representative groove chip-breaking effect is founded.Second, start with the math's depicting of three-dimensional groove turning insert chip-breaking groove, based on the study fruit of three-dimensional groove turning insert chip form and breaking mechanism which has been acquired, doing the restriction action study on the three-dimensional groove chip form and flow, the predictive model of three-dimensional groove chip restriction action point and chip curly direction angle have been founded, and the prediction of chip restriction action point and chip curly direction angle of four representative groove have beenachieved.Using the theory of maximal strain, the predictive model of chip flow, curl and breaking based on three-dimensional groove chip restriction are founded, and the prediction of chip up-curl radius and side-curl radius of three-dimensional groove have been achieved. The theory basic is established for developing the web-based chip-breaking predictive system.Aiming at the complexity, indetermination and illegibility of chip form, curl and breaking process, based on the cutting experiment which has been done, the chip-breaking matrix based on semi-empirical predictive model is founded.Finally, using JSP technology of Java program language and bidirectional consequence mechanism based on data drive control, web-based chip-breaking predictive system is developed, this realizes many user visits at the same time based on Internet and the chip-breaking online prediction.All these studies provide gist for doing the insert groove optimization design and the development of three-dimensional complex groove turning insert which has independent knowledge property right. |
