In this article, the study of low energy ion beam bio-engineering technology and the character of CTC were reviewed. The emphases of task was to use low energy ion beam bio-engineering technology acting on S. aureofaciens and to choose the high yield mutation.Firstly, Physical parameters of implanted ions including energy and doses were studied . There was a close relationship between the survival and mutagentic rate of S. aureofaciens and the predefined energy, S. aureofaciens were implanted by low energy N+ ion beam of different doses. The results showed that the germination rate calves of germinating S. aureofaciens implanted were saddle type of " lift-drop-lift-drop" .when energy was 10keV and dose was 70 X 2. 6 X 10~13N~+/cm2, the mutagentic rate of S. aureofaciens was higher. By constantly implanting and filtrating, three stabilizing and high yield S. aureofaciens. The highest yield is 11700u/ml.Secondly, the one that its yield was 11700u/ml was selected to be optimized including ferment culture medium and fermentingcondition. For example, nitrogen fountain carbon fountain temperature, etc. The optimizing conditions were primarily made certain and made use of these conditions to produce, its yield was 11900u/ml.Thirdly, The esterase and peroxidase isozymes of four S. aureofaciens strains were determined by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis , and therefore proper electrophoresis conditions were resulted. The peroxidase isozyme patterns of these strains are the same, but their esterase isozyme patterns are different, They can be used as an index to determine strains. At last, the mechanism of N+ implating S. aureofaciens was discussed. At the same time, The whole text was summarized and viewed.
