According to adding injection demand of surfactant compound system in low permeable bed of Xing-shugang oil field, developing filter of surfactant compound system. Confirming finally that surfactant is T702-40# surfactant by evaluating and contrasting interface tension index of differ kinds of surfactant. Considering that interface tension of the surfactant by oneself and oil can not reach technology demand of adding injection, therefore a lot of flux is added to reduce interface tension in formula, the flux is Na2CO3. It provides consult for confirming rational concentration range in formula and field test to considering adsorption loss of surfactant and flux in oil and rock. After study of surfactant compound system in low permeable bed of Xing-shugang oil field is build, the following emphasis is mechanics study of fluid through porous media of surfactant flooding in low permeable bed. Firstly single-phase fluid experiment in low permeable core is done, giving connection curve of trigger pressure and permeable, and analyzing detailedly mechanics study of fluid through porous media of non-parcy flow, because property of boundary fluid has special change rule, property of fluid has special change rule. In the course of mechanics study of fluid through porous media in low permeable bed, in the basis of science experiment, describing accurately rule of fluid through porous media in low permeable bed, building mathematics model. According to experiment result of water flooding in low permeable core, in the condition of seepage, non-parcy flow is appeared. Therefore the chapter gives out a method to enhance the oil recovery ------surfactant flooding, choosing firstly non hydronium surfactant compound system that is due to oil permeable bed of Xing-shugang oil field, and measuring relative permeability in surfactant flooding, surfactant flooding has the purpose to reduce oil-water interface intension and add oil disperse in water. By the experiment in-door, and enhancing the comprehension on the mechanism of surfactant enhancing displacement rate and oil recovery, measure relative permeability curve of different surfactant concentration and adsorbing in core, these offer a basic parameters for numerical simulation, and the injection plan design. According to seepage flow features of surfactant oil displacement, 3D3P3-component surfactant oil displacement mathematical model was built. Considering trigger pressure and convection diffusion and surfactant's adsorption retention in oil layer, giving the relative permeability curve's treatment method, the match degree of mathematical model between production practice was enhanced. Using the difference method of IMPES, implicit concentration to solve mathematical equation, and compile the corresponding numerical simulation software, and the practical application was implemented in the surfactant flooding pilot site---xing2-341-49 in Xing-shugang oil field. Analyzing the impacts, generated by the density of the surfactant, the length of slug and the volume of injection, to development indexes, and reasonable injection plan is optimized. The good development effect and economic effect were achieved after the implementation of plan in pilot site, and we also enhanced technology and theory basis for the high efficiency development of untabulated reservoirs.
