This research has developed the small-scale electrochemical reactor by oneself, has optimized to electrode material and electrobath structure which influencing its performance , have experimented on phenol and anion surfactants(DBS), studied the oxidation behavior and the influence law to the effect of various kinds of process conditions, has treatmented living wastewater of some school's apartment with the electrochemical reactor . Result indicates, in the electrochemical reactor ,with RuO2/Ti anode and stainless steel cathode, and regard active charcoal particle as filled electrodes, under the suitable process conditions, phenol and anion surfactants in wastewater have better degradation effects , the degrading rate can be more than 96%, the removal rate of CODCr can be more than 84%. The water quality of living wastewater which had been treatmented by the electrochemical reactor can accord with the standard of《water quality standard of city miscellaneous water》(GB/T18920-2002).
