| This paper consists of nine chapters. In the first chapter. It has been an excellent membrane material. The application of Chitosan─membrane in the field of medcial,agricultural,foodstuff,industrialize are summarized in this paper. In the second chapter, preparativity Chitosan complex film and its adsorptivity are studied in this article. stensile Strength and toughness of preparative chitosan complex film are good .The membrane is well to acid-proof and alkali tolerance. The effect about membrane's adsorptive action and adsorptive time , ion concentration ,ion state to membrane adsorptivity are analyzed. In the third and the fourth chapter,preparativity Chitosan complex film and its adsorptivity of pb2+ and Cr(VI) are studied in the article. In the fifth chapter, a new method for the adsorptivity of metal ion by chitosan cylinder has been developed. The study about chitosan adsorptive action for Hg2+,Mn2+ and adsorptive time , pH values and flow rate to adsorptivity are analyzed. Hg2+ and Mn2+ were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the method has been applied to the determination of Hg2+ and Mn2+in the waste water sample through the best conditions. In the sixth chapter,the study about chitosan adsorptive action for Cr(VI). In the seventh chapter, the study about chitosan adsorptive action for Al3+ and the method has been applied to the determination of Al3+in the waste water sample through the best conditions. In the eigthth chapter, the seven elements of Ca, P, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in milk were determined in this paper. Comparation of elements composition in milk , human blood and everyday recommendation for human body were made. The distribution of elements amount among milk, blood and everyday recommendation were analysed. The relationship between seven elements and human nutrition was studied.
