The antibiotic involved in this paper was a novel antifungal antibiotic,produced by Streptomyces Fu.It could inhibit fungus effectively Which caused systemic fungal infection.The strain strored in our lab was rejuvenated and purificated by natural screening, the production of the antibiotic was stable and increased by 18.2%.The strain produced the most spores on the fifth day,and one day later, the spores became mature. The experiments of extraction showed the antibiotic was mainly in the broth.The fermentation conditions were optimized by single-factor experiment and uniform design experiment.The optimum culture conditions were as follows: initial pH 6.5, 30℃, inoculum percentage 10%, medium loadage 40ml/250ml, seed culture time 24 h, fermentation...
