The nanometer sized titania is an important high performance fine inorganic materials. Because of its advantages, such as good resistance to weathering, chemical resistance, big specific surface area, high surface activity, good uvioresistant properties and absorption of light, nanosized TiO2 is applied in pianting materials, photosensitive materials, project of environment materials, plastic, peeking material of the food, cosmetic, photocatalyst and so on. All kinds of these applications are connected with the crystal structure and shape of nanopowder. Coated nanometer-sized TiO2 is suitable to be reclaimed and segregated. So both the preparation of nanometer titania and Coated nanometer-sized TiO2 have become research hot spot of nano-material science.Most of the methods to prepare rutile TiO2 need high-temperature calcination, but in this way it will cause agglomeration of the powders. We selected high concentration of TiCl4 as precursor and got the products by boiling reflux and aging method, and sphere-shaped nanosized TiO2 is obtained by low-temperature calcinations. And all of these methods may offer the theoretical and practical basis for industrial production. In addition, TiO2 nanometer film have bright application prospects, such as stores and utilizes in the solar energy, The environment of the organic pollution is dealt with, ecological building materials, etc. We prepare pure rutile type nanometer TiO2 film in the liquid phase within shorter time on the conductive glass by aging at low temperature, this is research of the function film material of nanometer offer a simple craft method. In addition, the research of degrade the organic pollution in water bodies by utilizing load type nanometer TiO2 Smooth catalyst of semiconductor have already become a research focus of the environmental science field. The result indicates, the mere catalysis result of composite is remarkable, This hasoffered a feasible way for producing new-type and practical environmental protection and deal with the material.The main research aspects are as follows:(1)The preparation of rutile titania by aging method and boiling reflux method, and the research of the thermostability.The nanometer rutile titania powders were prepared by aging at low temperature and boiling reflux method, and chose proper density of reactant and response temperature. And calcine the result under different temperature. The experimental result shows: One step prepare rutile type nanometer ball that we want with Ti4+ solution which adopt the high density are as while reflecting the initial thing by aging in 100 degrees and boiling reflux method. Through signifying, we find the shape looks of the income result not single enough and have a small amount of needle shape mix inside, and brilliant to take degree relatively poor. But we calcine and find through the low temperature to the result, the result after calcining in 400 degrees, its shape looks with brilliant to take degree have obvious improvement, state and calcine under proper temperature, have very good facilitation to the degree with melting brilliantly of looks of shape of the result.(2)The preparation of nanometer TiO2 film and function test.Through change density of reactant and response temperature, we prepare nanometer TiO2 film glass regard conductive glass as carrier utilize low temperature aging method, and signify the result through scanning the means, such as electron microscope (SEM),etc. Come and study reactant initial density, response temperature, aging time, additive etc to take impacts on shape looks, performance of nanometer Ti(>2 film with it, and has carried on the preliminary discussion to its formation mechanism.
