After sludge adsorbent preparation with sludge in sewage farms, the experiments and researches of flue gas desulphurization were carried out. it was discussed about influence of the SO2 concentration, flue gas velocity, temperature, content of O2 and H2O on breakthrough curve and desulphurization efficiency, and confirmed about the best absorbing conditions. System of SO2-O2-N2: inlet concentration of SO2 was 2021.38mg/m3, flue gas velocity was 4.25m/min,temperature was 40℃,content of O2 was 12%;System of SO2-O2-H2O(g)-N2: inlet concentration of SO2 was 2021.38mg/m3,flue gas velocity was 4.25L/min,temperature was 60℃,content of O2 was 12%,content of H2O was 12%.In contrast to desulphurization property of sludge adsorbents and commodity AC, it was known that they had equal desulphurization efficiency, but commodity AC had the greater. Desulphurization efficiency of sludge adsorbents was also affected by regeneration times of sludge adsorbents, and was reduced with increase of regeneration times. It was discussed about adsorption mechanism of sludge adsorbents, and was considered that in the condition of no water, physical adsorption was primary, SO2 was not catalyzed and oxidized into SO3; but in the condition of water, chemical adsorption was primary, catalysis and oxidation of SO2 was took place in sludge adsorbents. Dynamical equations of systems of SO2-O2-N2 and SO2-O2-H2O(g)-N2 were found, and according to conservation of mass, stationary bed model of sludge adsorbents was also established, simulation values and experiment values were tallied preferably.
