The calculation of the stability of slop is a comprehensive appraisal of stability study. It concerns whole slope research and the final conclusion of the slippery body scheme design work directly. According to the in-situ geological and destruction condition of the slippery body, the paper determines that destruction is mainly round arc with the object of northern slope of Cangshang gold mine, Laizhou of Shandong province. By means of optimized method and in-situ measuring of the sliding surface position, the biggest possible destroying area is founded. Through analyzing and computer, slope dependability is analyzed by Monte-Carlo method. Adopting simplified Bishop method and remaining thrust method while calculating, and considering the difference between two kinds of results of calculations at the same time. Rational suggestions and disposal for the reinforcement of the slope are put forward according to the results of the analysis at last.
