At present, most coal mines of our country adopt traditional detection means for density of the emulsion. The precision of the detection means is relatively low . Some coal mines of Our country adopt artificial ground mixing way to mix the liquid still. Some coal mines mix liquid by mix valve too.This subject directly against the deficiency of the mixing liquid way and traditional detection means combine the matching with measuring of the density of the emulsion. On the basis of the PID control, a set of systems realized "testing on line" and "control on time" the density of the emulsion.The emulsion carried on matching to utilize negative pressure of the high-speed rivers through the verturimeters throat.The measuring of the emulsion is to regard AT89C51 singlechip microcomputer as the controlling core. And the electromagnetic valve of water and the valve of proportion is regarded as the executive body .And sensors(liquid sensor, Oil level sensor, liquid level sensor) is regard measuring component. Firstly transform water quantity, liquid level, Oil level sensor into electric signal. Then singlechip microcomputer automaticly accomplish mixing according to density and reach to 3%~5% density of emulsion according to user's desire, and control emulsion chest inappropriate range. It provides steady emulsion for hydraulic strut and hydraulic bracket.
