Effects made by different equipments of dynamic vulcanization techniques relationship between crystal structure, mechanical properties and solvent resistance of TPV were studied in this paper. The best dynamic vulcanization technique and condition were selected.Via analyzed the results of experimentations of TPV made by the three kinds of techniques(tow-roll mixing mill process, pre-mixing by tow-roll mixing mill and Haake mixer process and Haake mixer process). Results of experimentation indicate that TPV has homogeneous morphological structure , scrappy particle size of dispersed phase, good mechanical properties and certain resistance to solvent, which was composed of gasoline and toluene, by the method composing pre-mixing by tow-roll mixing mill and Haake mixer process. WXRD and DSC were made on the effects of crystal structure of TPV, which fingers out that NBR could induce PA continuous phase rapid crystallization. The proportional scattering of PA continuous phase crystallization and the blurry interface of the continuous phase are main effects on increasing solvent resistance of TPV.
