Field monitor is an important part of circulating cooling water system in modern industrial water treatment, and play a great role on which the cooling water system is running in a good condition. The monitoring heat exchanger is a significant method in field monitor of circulating cooling water system, it can simulate the condition of heat exchanger and find out fouling resistance & corrosion rate on-line.This thesis is developed on a rebuild project of circulating water system in Daqing Petrochemical Complex (DQPC). In this paper, we show the benefit of the monitoring heat exchanger's application in field monitor for society, environment and economy, and introduce it & its processing control techniques' status in quo inland and outland. Then, we give out three feasible designs based on domestic industrial actuality.To meet users' requests, we developed two design of "Intelligent Monitoring Heat Exchanger Control System".1. We apply MSP430F149 as the center to control system and make out hardware & software system.2. We use ADVANTECH IPC as the core and build up a computer measurement & control system, including the hardware system and the applied software design based on ForceControl configuration software.
