| In recent years, the sewing speed is becoming higher and higher with the improvement of sewing technology. High tenacity of sewing thread is the key to suit the high sewing speed. The polyester sewing thread has so many extrusive traits as high tenacity, high abrasive fastness, good heat-resistance, excellent acid-resistance, fine antistatic agent, low yarn irregularity, etc to be used widely and widely. The material raw of polyester sewing thread is high tenacity fine denier polyester filament. There are deficiencies in existing high tenacity fine denier polyester filament manufacture technic. Firstly, high viscosity polyester chip and annealing device are needed in spinning-drawing integrating technology .it will increase equipment investment and production cost. Secondly, in general process of UDY-DT ultra-high stretching method, the quality of fiber is poor with more broken filament and small yarn cake. In the paper, a new manufacture technic of sewing yarn was found and studied .it can reduce cost and equipment investment effectively. This paper is mainly discussed on several aspects listed below: Firstly, several kinds of sewing yarn found in the market were tested and discussed on their dependence relation between physics performance and molecular structure. On the basis of dependence relation, a new method was designed to perform the super molecular structure of sewing yarn. A experiment model was set up on KV505 drawing equipment. It improved the designed method were feasible. Secondly, a new super-drawing-setting machine was created to produce sewing thread. The effects of process parameter on tenacity, elongation, shrinkage were studied. Test result improved that the created machine can manufacture high tenacity low shrinkage fine denier polyester filament steadily in low cost. Finally, the manufactured high tenacity low shrinkage fine denier polyester filament was made into sewing yarn and core-spun sewing yarn. The quality is superior to those made in imported polyester filament. It can replaced imported polyester filament as the raw material of sewing thread. |
