The coal industry is the pillar industry of our country, occupying the important position in the national economy. The mineral well safety is important assurance that the coal industry has the regular and healthy development. Because of special production surroundings of the coal resources, there is usually the important disaster of gas blast, a fire...etc., restricting the safe production of the coal mine. Besides, our country mineral distinction distributes dispersedly, and has several mound mountain areas. For supervising and managing the safe appearance of the coal mine availably, there must be a long-distance, accurate monitor without a break to the mineral well safe parameter of the business enterprise in time. Therefore, making use of the high technology development remote monitoring system, we can carry out to the mineral well the auto monitor of the safety supervision, and enlarge the coal mine management section to the mineral well safety of management strength.This text according to GPRS basic theories, on the basis of the foundation of domestic existing technology, making use of the technique of GPRS, virtual private net technique, etc. puts forward to the project of system including the remote monitoring, the information management and the network techniques, emphatically discusses GPRS, the monitoring terminal and remote monitoring center for the system structure and function designs.According to the above-mentioned theories, and the request of the concrete characteristics and remote monitoring system of the mineral well safety, mainly carrying on the following work: Chapter 1 mainly discusses the present condition of the mine safety monitoring system and remote monitoring system. Chapter 2 carries on the detailed treatise to the technical and basic principle of GPRS. Chapter 3 carries on the introduction to the total design of the safe remote monitoring system of the mine. At the safety aspect, applying for VPN, (the Virtual Private Network), and the synopsisintroduces VPN basic principle. Chapter 4 discusses the system structure and functional design of the monitoring terminal. Chapter 5 then carries on the research to the remote monitoring of the function of the center design. The end carries on the summary to the related work of that topic, and puts forward to several kinds conception to the further perfect system.
