IF steel can posses well deep drawability rolling in feeite region, so it was beenstudied from three aspects: The program of BP network was compiled, The deformationstresses value of IF steel was forecasted by BP network using the data getting though hotsimulation test.It was been analyzied the rule of deformation stress.DynamicRecrystallizatin action of rolling IF steel in ferrite section was studied though hotsimulation method. Static recrystallization action was studied though hot simulationsdouble path method.It was been studied that the relation between deep drawability androlling techniques parameters by measuring plastics strain ratio, tensile hardeningexponents, rolling test,anealling test,tensiling test,analyzing the figures of OrientationDistribution Function and microstructures.The main results are as following:1. From the curve about stress and temperature, it was observed that the deformationstress reduces with the re-duce of temperature. So the conclusion can be obtained that thedeformation stress in hot ferrite and austere section are almost sameness. That provided thewarrant of calculate about stress parameters rolling in ferrite section.2. It was obtained that IF steel can not occur dynamic recrystallization when thedeformation temperature is under 850℃and the deformation speed is higher than 1S-1. Itwas testified that the static recrystallization could go easily in higher temperature in thesame deformation speed. And it was obtained that the static recrystallization activationenergy is 115kJ/mol, and static recrystallization dynamics index is about 1.33.3. It was obtained that IF steel can gain well deep drawability in well lubricationconditions when the rolling temperature is lower, the press rate is higher and the annealtemperature is higher. In the test the highest r-value is 1.38.Rolling in ferrite section is an advanced rolling technique and have well applicationforeground. It was obtained the relation between rolling techniques parameters and deepdrawability and recrystallization action of this IF steel. That fills up the test data of rollingIF steel in ferrite section and provides reference of theory.
