Conductive ink, which is a promising functional ink, has a great significance in the field of science and development. In order to improver this field's theory, which is hoped to, directed the practice, a large number experiments are done during the course of this paper. Based on the basic theories of high-molecular chemistry character and conduction of electricity of function high-molecular, volume electric-resistance,and form a microcosmic point of view, this paper proives a deep research on performance of conductive ink and conductive theory. Though the emphases studying in the system of water-based conductive ink, experiment as following: water-based crylic acid resin, water-based epoxy resin, PVA water-based resin and someoil-based resin's effect in mucosity of the ink, solid content, rigidity, appendiculate power, resistivity and stability; the effect of different resin content to the performance in ink; adjusting the prescription of ink by changing the kind and content in graphite and black carbon. We enduce the model of conductive theory according to experiment that it can well expain the phenomenon in conductive ink. The results of the study for the conductive ink manifested: though the configuration of graphite is availed to conduction than black carbon, but the diameter of graphite is great bigger than black carbon, so the black carbon conduction capability is better than graphite in the same content. Because of the graphite's samdwich instability, it is not availed as the conductive filling by itself and this configuration goes against accretion contacting probability and area of conductive particle in the special, so restricting its conduction. In practice operation, the applying of black carbon have problem as following: the high mucosity, the diffcult process, the bigger losing to the original performance of polymer in high content. But graphite can providegood process performance with ink and keep good performance with polymer when the content of graphite and black carbon is equal, its function is good. The content of conductive material is not the more and the greater conduction in conductive ink. It have critical content. Its conduction will be reduced when the content exceed over critical content. It is generally said that this content is 40%, but it is little different because of different resin.Because one of the using of conductive ink is heating by electricity, so it require not only conductive ink has resistance, but also its resistance must invariableness. In this paper ,we have detailedly researched the influence factor on the stability of ink and innovativly enduced some results in builduping its stability. It will have widespread foreground as a kind technical menthod with high effect and cheap and convenience.
