This paper use large span coal entries of Daning coal mine as a search object. Adopt local test, theory analysis, geo-mechanics evaluation, numerical simulate, local using and observation to do the research. Based on analysis and evaluation on original bolt support, we adopt a new technique of cable bolt reinforce support, put forward span reducing theory suitable for continuous beam and hanging theory suitable for tender roof of cable support, create caving body with arch, caving body with triangular, caving body with key stratum calculation model, and study method of determining parameters on the cable bolt support. In the same way,we can use caving body with ellipsoidal, cone and key stratum to calculate the roof loading in the entry intersections. At the same time under the east and west surrounding rock of daning, use finite element establish the calculation numerical model, simulate and analyse the change of stress in the entries which are supported by cables, case study is applied in large span coal entry of daning, and observe and analyse displacement distortion of surrounding rock during construction.The span reducing theory suitable for continuous beam, the hanging theory suitable for tender roof of cable support and caving body with arch, caving body with triangular, caving body with key stratum calculation model studied in this thesis is really a breakthrough in large span coal entry will help further other related research in this field. It can contribute to improve technology of cable bolt support continually.
