| According to content of sulfur in presulfided catalysts measured by burning-neutralization titration, incorporation condition of presulfiding technology ex-situ can be determined. Sulfur is easy stripping off and coagulation on downstream conduit when it is used as sulfiding agent. Furthermore, when using hydrogen to active presulfided catalysts, phenomenon of concentrating thermal releasing can be found through differential thermal analysis. Using liquid hydrocarbon can only make thermal releasing slowness, but can't solve its stripping off yet.Using mixed olefin treating catalysts incorporated sulfur under heating condition makes sulfur combine with olefin and can avoid its stripping off. During the course of temperature programmed sulfurization, temperature range which sulfide degrades was wider and temperature rising was far below former phenomenon, as can be inspected by thermal conductivity detector and differential thermal analyser. The catalysts incorporated sulfur which was treated by mixed olefin was actived by hydrogen then its activity was valued inf.terms of its hydrogenating ability. The result shows that the petrol's bromine value was 0.45gBr2/100g petrol. A conclusion can be drawn that its activity is higher than the catalysts' sulfided in-situ using CS2 as sulfiding agent and catalysts' treated only by sulfur then temperature programmed sulfurized. It almost has the same activity as the catalysts' sulfided ex-situ using H2S and organ sulfide respectively. The technology is simple, high efficiency, low cost and gives much value of reference to industry. |
