Optimization research to the circulation of oilfield water injection system belongs to emulational optimization in oilfield ground project. Injection system is a complex network of vast fluent. As the high water exploitation stage going on, the energy cost of the injection system becomes greater and greater. So the optimization research to the circulation of injection system comes forth as urgent affairs. In this paper the research mainly concludes two parts: optimization to the circulation parameter of the injection system and the scheme of starting-up pumps.First of all, water injection system is depicted and analysed, the basic mathematical model is established for construction elements of the pipeline nets. Then the simulation scheme to water injection system is brought forward; the emulational mathematical model of water injection system is established; emulational calculation method to pressure balance of nodes is presented; and value of a lot of water injection system parameters, including nodes pressure and pipeline flux, is confirmed.Based on the simulation to water injection system, sets least electricity cost as the object function, ejection and pressure as subject restriction. Optimization mathematical model to the production and circulation parameters of oilfield water injection system is established. The ameliorated restrict yardstick changing method is set as solution to the model, which calculates efficiently and reliably.In the second part of optimization to pump starting-up, the start-stop scheme and circulation parameter of water injection pump are set as design variable, the least energy cost of water injection is set as object function, and the restriction term is producing circulation technics and water supplying capacity, thus the optimization mathematical model of starting-up pump is established; and the genetical simulation anneal algorithm is adapted in the solving method.Finally, the optimization software for the circulation of water injection system is compiled which has been applied in actuality simulation and optimization in some water injection system in Daqing oilfield. The optimization result indicates that energy cost can be depressed by applying the software.
