Continuous extrusion technology is a advanced manufacturing technology, which is widely applied now.The paper was based on appreciation and analysis of practical situation of copper lines extrusion production and at the same time in order to improve the service life of extrusion die. Firstly, by means of force analysis for deformation metals in extrusion die space, establishes the mathematical formula of extrusion force, pulling force, extrusion power and find out the mostly effect factors of the flow of metals. Analyzed the effect factors of service life of extrusion die body, arrived at the primary and secondary effect factors and improvement mostly approach about service life of die.Secondly, researched effect technological parameters of continuous extrusion production, at the same time carried out optimal design for the mostly parameters of temperature and velocity, establishes mathematical formulas in order to improvement service life of continuous extrusion die. Besides, based on analyzed cause of extrusion die malfunction and abrasion, amends die in time in order to prolong effectual machining time, improves the service life of extrusion die.At last, establishes the TQC to carry out scientific management to extrusion die improved quality and service life of die.
